Pure Perfection

Some babies are feisty and very sensitive to touch. Some babies are difficult to settle during their session. Elizabeth, however, wrote the book on dream babies! She was an absolute angel. I wish all sessions were this easy. Don’t get me wrong, I love each and every baby I get the pleasure of working with, but some give me a run for my money more than others. Without further ado, allow me to introduce Miss Elizabeth.

I just love all her sweet little folds. So tiny and new.

It’s a……. Gender Reveal!

Is it a boy or a girl? David and Allison have been holding onto a sealed ultrasound for a while now, and it’s time to find out if they are having a son or daughter. Their blindfolds indicate what their guesses were. This was so much fun! I can’t wait to see them become incredible parents.

Hey Jude

My nephew made his arrival peacefully and perfectly in the comfort of home. As the final addition of the Strickland household, this little guy broke the mold and showed up with a full head of hair. Such a sweet little snuggly guy! Congrats Lisa and Stephen!

Liam (Outdoors)

There are numerous newborn photographers whose work I follow and admire. I couldn’t help but notice a trend of newborns being shot outdoors- on the beach, in the flowers, you name it. Some of these images are absolutely stunning!!! I just had to give it a try. I went to this gorgeous location this morning and shot some sample images, then put out a casting call. Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Liam and his gorgeous mama and family! He was the sweetest, smiliest little guy. The weather threatened to rain us out, but the clouds parted ways long enough for us to give it a shot. I love that it rained first- the misty fog and summer steam was so neat! Without further ado, Liam.

Sweet Maddy Jane

I was blessed to meet this sweet couple for Maternity pictures. Little did we know that miss Maddy Jane would be born a mere two days after these first pictures. Madison has beautiful blonde lashes and a peaceful demeanor for someone so tiny. I look forward to watching this precious girl grow!
